this jerky looks disgusting...

Cocoa liquor, evaporated cane juice, cocoa butter, whole bean vanilla and soy lecithin.

actually not shabby. the lecithin is meh... but natty vanilla is awesome.

im in for one... $3 per bar is fair. plus each bar has 24% of my dietary fiber. i cant wait to The Strangers (2008) my pants!!!

btw folks, the fiber is likely 2.4% and lecithin is a natural emulsifier. it keeps fats from seperating from non-fats.

U.S. Food and Drug Administration defines evaporated cane juice as any sweetener derived from sugar cane syrup,[2] and therefore it might be heavily processed.

its a concentrate of cane juice - vs pure crystalline sucrose.

Almost impossible to find chocolate like this without soy lecithin used as an emulsifier. These look good, but that is a whole lot of chocolate from one place. Our chocolate box has at most 2 of the same bar of the stuff we already really enjoy.

I like to talk about wine, but I'd rather drink it.
