I see no way of doing this on the website, and I made a mistake on an order.

I sent an email to support@woot.com asking them to cancel my order, but no clue whether this is the procedure that needs to be taken?

It depends on if the item has already shipped....... your best bet is to post to the original forum of the item you ordered or send a Personal Message to Snapster, BigD, or Jason Toon. If it has already shipped then your options may be limited, but give those a try and let us know how it turns out!

Emailing support@woot.com might help. There likely isn't much they can do, though. If you refuse shipment, the item should be returned, and you might be credited for it, but that's not a sure thing. I'd check with them Dear Princess Celestia…

I think service@woot.com is going away and being replaced with support@woot.com. So while service will work, I'm pretty sure the moderators are telling people to use support instead.

emails to service@woot.com will go where they need to go, but we switched to "support@woot.com" some time ago.

again, they'll all go to the same place.
