Agreed—you can't say they've failed to deliver on time when the deadline is still in the future. (And refusing the delivery, just because you got worried/impatient and bought a substitute, would be quite silly.)

However, it would be awfully nice to get a tracking number. Or just confirmation that it has shipped. Or at the very least, the date it's scheduled to ship!

i ordered my truffles on the 29th and still have yet to receive confirmation that they have been sent. it looks like some people are experiencing the same problem. Is there any word on whether or not they will arrive in time for V-day, which was the whole purpose of ordering these !!!!

I just got a reply from the woot member services people, and they provided a tracking number for my package. I never received a "we shipped your package!" email like I usually do, but they are on track to arrive Thursday.

It doesn't really matter if refusing delivery is going to do any good. If that's the case so be it. I tried everything inmy power to even have the address change beginning of last week and no one even bother to response back my numerous request.

Now I know I am safe and now know not to buy from here again. Who in the heck be cool with this time crunch and realize that you placed your order almost 2 weeks ago!

That said, every single package that has a pre-valentine's day committment will be delivered (if the carrier deliver's within it's guarantee- which is almost always does) before valentine's day.

I haven't received any shipping notification. Was going to give these to my husband on Friday (we can only get the babysitter Friday, not Saturday) but now I'm really starting to think I may have to go buy him something from Godiva instead. Very disappointed, this is not at all typical of my previous experiences with any of the Woot sites.

I received a mysterious Fedex packaged moments ago. It would have been nice to have received a tracking email but the shipment instead will do =]. Not even close enough to V-day to worry about it.

it worked for me to track by reference as well mine is due tomorrow hope hubby doesn't get his grubby little paws on it before i have a chance to get it.

OK. Emailed customer service who wrote back with a Fedex tracking number. Shipping was initiated on Feb. 4 but I never received a notification of that. The package is scheduled to be delivered 2/12.

I'm just glad I don't have to go to the mall. ;-)

Received mine this morning. From FedEx tracking, it appears to have shipped directly from California wine country (Sonoma county).

Tracked the reference # at Fedex; truffles should be delivered by 2/12.

Arrival didn't really matter, because they were a gift for me, but it always concerns me when I don't get an email about them, though. Shipping problems seem to happen more at wine.woot than the others (at least the non-wine offerings that I am able to purchase).

Anyway, they should be here soon!

I couldn't figure out how to get FedEx to find my tracking number from my shipping information. But service@woot.com was able to give me my tracking number. Looks like I'm on schedule for delivery on Wednesday in SoCal.

Yea, I think the email tracking system is really going wierd, I just got an email with tracking info for a shirt I purchased from shirt.woot. I purchased this shirt 2 weeks ago and it was deliveried last week, but I just got the tracking and shipment email today. Kinda wierd.

Mine just came!! Shipped 2/5 arrived 2/12, I'm in NYC.

Mine arrived in Illinois today by FedEx. I never seem to get a shipping notice when stuff comes by FedEx.

FedEx's tracking site says it was delivered. The wife and I have been in and out all day and we never received it. I guess I'm gonna call FedEx this morning to see what's going on. I'm in Illinois
