One meal doesn't 'break' a diet. One meal is one piece of an overall change, right? So look at the averages. As long as your average meal is good--healthy, appropriate food choices and portions--you're on the right track.

Yep. Still a smidge early in the season here for them to be all sweet on their own. I let them sit a bit, so the juice comes out and makes a syrup with the honey.
