She looks very surprised! And orange! Nice costume, nice and soft and she can move. The step great nephew christening outfit was so stiff. He couldn't move in it at all. Then she changed him into something else that wasn't that soft.

She always has the deer-in-the-headlights look when it comes to the camera. I am just not quick enough to get her smile. She was actually having a lot of fun. I do like her to wear softer stuff. This was a hand-me-down from my sister-in-law. She was actually baby bear for Halloween, but since that had been sister's costume when sister was 10 months, it was a bit big on her. I don't have any pictures of her by herself in that, oops.
So...I wasn't sure where to put this...in the "what I bought myself" thread or here. Since they aren't really new, I will post them here. I bought this today for $10: And this wooden dish made in Poland for 25 cents:
Are the drums for decor or are you taking up drumming? I really like that plate.

It was an impulse purchase. I saw it, liked how it looked worn...and lastly, it reminded me of someone we once knew... I am not sure if the plate is really a plate...but I liked the carvings.

Could the plate be hung on a wall? The drum doesn't remind me of anyone. Got a hint?
I also bought one of these online today. It has some wildly mixed reviews, but I figured I'd give it a go for the price.

If you only knew...Fen once urged me to create a blog with all my purchases. I have so many things that I could hang. Heh. BBL.

I was looking at the portable a/c's a couple years ago. Like you said, mixed reviews. Didn't see any that were both a/c and heater. Something a basement dweller needs? Edit: You haven't started eating pizza rolls, have you?

Djembe. I was trying to come up with the proper name...but it wasn't coming. Thank you KT2. I have never seen one in my travels so...I figured there was a reason it presented itself to me...and I was meant to have it.

Hi KT! How are thing going? How are the parents?
Djembes are fairly popular out here. We have a fair amount of Kenyans who come here to go to school.

Fine. Welcome anyone! Just origionally thought it was someone hoping that people would read it fast as No1. But it isn't. Anyone is someone, don't bother asking me who! If someone wants anyone to know that one will tell!

reminds me of those beanie babies, but at least it goes to a good cause
I love these! I only have a couple, but they are really good. I've bought mine from national parks visitor shops. Daughter likes it and it doesn't get annoying too fast.
yes, everyone on your side tends to be going to bed before I get my dinner. . . funny how that works out. I have a much more pleasant wooting hour though.
