Clean and cute! I'm a little unsure of why the one without mittens is dressed differently though...hopefully I'm not missing a really obvious joke!

i dunno about an obvious joke, but in her thread she said the two are girls and the other a boy. i bet cuz boys are stinky, dirty, and careless.

Actually, it's because the book that I had as a child that had the "Three Little Kittens Who Lost Their Mittens" rhyme, also had the short story "The Tale of Tom Kitten" right before the poem.

...And in my mind I always see those kittens being the same ones. So that's why there's one boy and two girls. And the boy in the story was a little more naughty, so I figured he'd be the first to lose his mittens.

So in short it's my own childhood misinterpretation that always comes back to bite me in the butt. :D

Great work people! I am hoping I can get my idea onto a shirt tomorrow... It's a parody of "Blue nude" by Matisse with the earth running naked with the continents laying on the ground behind him/her, with the "private area" of australia fuzzed out. Also, Mars and the Moon are looking shocked, behind him/her.

Hopefully I can get it done in time to get 20-30 votes.
