Tornadoes. Well, okay, I'm sorry. I'm not a Tornadophobe; I don't hate all tornadoes. I hate the one that hit my house a few weeks ago.

Thank the Lord that no one was killed in town and there were only two minor injuries.

The house survived with broken windows and a few holes in the roof.

My shed, however, is another story. The roof and the wall were gone; the only thing left standing was the front door section still held together by a Brinks padlock. Brinks padlocks: ask for them by name! I took a photo and sent it to Brinks.

The tornado hit around 8:30PM on 07/08/09. If it had been say 2:00AM, I'm not sure how many people would have heard the sirens.

wow - glad it didn't hit later! Tornados are scary.

That lock sure held together though!

I e-mailed that picture to Brinks and told them about the tornado and their lock. I would gladly do a commercial for them!
