Any experience with 2007? I've got a Blu onesie. Mostly had just the Tre, the orange/yellow label.

Not sure exactly what yet, but it'll have to be a Wellington. Surprised/sad there was not a final offer this weekend. 😢

I thought he was turning over inventory along with the tasting room after today. Did WD buy it to sell?

I think the tasting room gets turned over not inventory. From someone who talked to Peter yesterday it sounds like there are deals to come.

Boony Doon was good. $15 at WTSO.
Popped and poured but really needed a little air. Much better day two. Second day kind of reminded me of a Bedrock North Coast syrah. Kind of.

Scott's bottle. It was a Prüm Spätlese, but not sure which.

I put it in the other thread too - 2015 Graacher Himelreich Kabinett

I'm finishing a 2011 Twisted Oak Viognier and about to open a red, just not sure which.

Edit: 2012 Castello Romitorio Toscana Il Toro. A Garagiste mystery wine. Initial impression is that it was a good buy.

Also glad I finally got to taste a Carlisle with a couple years on it. Really comes together compared to the younger ones I've tried! Delicious!

That Ridge was sick. Love that winery. The Helios wasn't quite my style, but was really nice. Missed the Sauternes.

Tough call for me, many good ones. Both the Ridge and Carlisle were producers I've not had much of; slight nod to the older Ridge. Still a soft spot for the '03 Karren Wellington however. Red meat Tri-tip just screamed for a Cab.

Looks like a very fine night! Thanks for the play-by-play.

Tonight's blizzard forecast and tomorrow's office closings = bonus Monday night wine-drinking. 2008 Roessler Conmemorativo, Sta. Lucia Highlands. I think I only have one left of the single Roessler order I bought.

We hit up the Isa last night as well, as did an office mate that also got a case.
It's doing fine with some ono and trimmings, now that I finally got home.

Well done Cortot; thanks.

We had one of those, too. Nice, earthier, but more acidic than the Blue Jay (my favorite bottling) I had right before it.
