Tomorrow is a teacher work day....I decided to take a personal day.. Our spring break starts Monday. Going to take our son to go visit Georgia Tech...one of the schools he is considering ...can't believe it is time to look for colleges!

We had 31 degrees yesterday, today is 34.

We also have spring break next week. I usually work, this year I am taking a cruise. I can't begin to tell you how much I need this vacation. Looks like rain on 2.days we are in port. I don't even care. 🙂

That was our high temp yesterday!
45 today, and 60 on Sunday. I may go golfing!

As I was heading out to my car after work today, I thought, "Wow! It's really mild out." I got into my car to find that it was 45 degrees! I did think of going for a bike ride, but I really want some of the salt to wash off the roads a bit more before I ride--it can be soooo harmful to the tires! Oh, and there is still snow on the grass!

Interesting.
Kinda explains why the past few years I've tended away from TWE sales I still get email about,
Last good purchase was a case of 2008 Beringer Vineyards Nightingale splits at $10/btl that must not have passed the panel muster.

Thanks

Yeah, interesting read for sure. Some valid points, but also explains why it's harder and harder to find even $10-15 SRP wine that I enjoy.

That Nightingale was a major steal. We'll see if anything interesting comes up in the next one (i.e. the older offerings).

I don't recall hearing about that sale before. I see Ron posted the link in Deals.

OK, so I misspoke, it wasn't Ron who posted. That's no reason to avoid the Pub, people! Where is everyone?

Good...nothing special and I'm not sure it will improve much. I suspect it'll hold for another year or so. Ever so slightly oxidized, lots of earth, but that faded with air.

Yup.. the yellow jackets... GT was on spring break, so we didn't get the full tour. But we were able to walk around the camps.

Ha ha... we just couldn't visit the dorms. One thing that surprised me, GT is in the middle of downtown Atlanta, but once you were in the middle of campus, you couldn't tell.

Does not go into effect until end of 2018, governor says it will be modified prior to that. Hope so - I live in Utah, not real happy with this.

0.04% for pilots, as well as an 8-hr before flight prohibition.

Also true.
14 CFR §91.17 Alcohol or drugs.
But there is also an eight hour limit.
Wonder how much you'd have to imbibe to still be at .04 after eight hours...
