Having tasted it, you have a better grasp than I do (since I haven't had one yet). Generally, acid and tannin are the markers for age-ability. And, of course, guessing. If the wine tasted youthful and bright, it may have time. If it tasted resolved and balanced and ready, it may be ready. Fun, huh?
