The Fed Ex guy probably wouldn't deliver it because there weren't enough crystals buried in your yard, Kyle.

I don't have a wine locker. Wish I did, but there are none close enough to me.

I just want to mention I was thoroughly pleased with the packing of my order. The cheese arrived in great condition thanks to two large ice packs. I look forward to the Teahive tomorrow with Thanksgiving =]

Just came back to report.

Called FedEx and they "opened a case." This entailed the Home Delivery driver calling me and saying "I delivered it" and me saying "it wasn't here." Really awkward. And he was at my house as I pulled up. It was confrontational. From his perspective, I was putting his job in jeopardy. From mine, I just wanted my cheese. Super awkward.

FedEx "followed up" which entailed them telling me to contact the shipper and have them send me a replacement.

Support refunded my $$ because they're great. FedEx Home Delivery sucks because they weren't loved as children.
