Strange, but I'm really not sure. Over two nights I think I kinda get the garrigue thing, not much fruit left, no noticeable alcohol, resolved tannins, ~plenty~ of acidity. Pleasant enough, but just seemed disjointed in a way I couldn't really put a finger on. I rather enjoyed it, but think I just need additional exposure to get a handle on these.

When I first got a sample of one of these, I didn't think much of it on day one; however day two I began to understand it, I think.
It at first seemed simple, but then I realized it was just what I'd call elegant, and grabbed some.
Anyway, I've got four or five more.
Quite enjoyed it, as did others. Come on down, we'll work on some.
