When someone says they will not buy a wine again that tells me a lot. Like Kyle I have 100+ woots down my goozle.
Others were saying "bad" which is not a very good descriptor. Again, I'm just trying to figure out if the wine sucks or was actually flawed.

This sounds like cork taint or maybe some other bacterial problem with the cork.

smeera wrote:Yeah, what their deal? Its been hours since the first few people posted on here and no response from the winery.
I had been extremely impressed by the interactivity of some of the wineries on here and I am more inclined to purchase from them. Even if their interaction is to say, 'I am here to answer all questions today'.
Suncé usually posts a lot here during their offers. Not sure why no one from the winery has shown up this time.

With the Mourvedre, I've found that getting at least 6 months on it has a nice effect. You can always contact Sunce for their recommendations -- ask for Kimberly!
too numerous to mention, over 40 t-shirts for me and as gifts. Still no bandolier of carrots.

Sunce=sucks. I visited a few years back and got so-so service. Add a terrible Zin via WTSO and never again! Not sure why WD continues this relationship. Anyway, I predict a woot off tonight.

This is a fantastic deal --
We stumbled across this small winery a few years ago and joined the wine club after a barrel tasting. The red wines are a bit bigger than I'd been used to, but I love how they've helped me to expand my palate. Love the rich leathery body of the Mourvedre.
Note that this winery has a small staff staff and closes by 6 pm PST, but I've always received great customer service via email and phone including replacement of broken bottle. The only bad bottles that I've received are those I believe were due to extremely high heat exposure from being on a delivery truck all day when it's triple digits in Texas. The winery has been quite accommodating in postponing my summer shipments.
