Roessler Red Label Pinot Noir
Clinks!
You can’t really tell how well you’ll like a set of wine glasses until you’ve opened your third bottle.
I’m sorry, miss, but if you think a little name tag with the word “manager” on it is going to faze me, you clearly have no idea who you’re dealing with. Perhaps the common rabble that patronizes your little home decor establishment may just pick up a set of wine glasses willy-nilly but, as you can plainly tell, I am not one of those people. Now I will be happy to disregard this little misunderstanding if you’ll be a dear and fetch me a corkscrew from your display next to the register.
Security? Oh, really? You see, this is what’s wrong with retail shopping. Pleasing the customer stopped being a priority a long time ago. Young lady, just how am I supposed to choose wine glasses properly if I don’t get to drink wine from them before I buy them. I didn’t carry in these three bottles of Roessler Red Label Pinot Noir simply for their weighty balance of dark chocolate, red and black cherry fruit, and earth on the palate. I have to know what it feels like in the glass and how my nose looks as it hovers above the rim to sniff the wines vibrant aromas. It’s very important, child. More important than your little store policies, I assure you.
Well, fine, call your mall guards up here, for all I care. Perhaps they could have a set with me at your dinnerware display. I’d love to see how these glasses look with a place setting for four.
- pH: 3.69

The lush palate delivers a weighty balance of red and black cherry fruit and earth, with hints of citrus lending buoyancy and focus. Gripping tannins run along the attack and the wine opens wide and long through the finish. Dark chocolate shavings coalesce with fruit and earth as black cherry lingers until the next sip.
