Please Paso The Wine
Having very specific eating habits requires a very specific drink.
Every night I sit down to a tuna nicoise salad covered in goat cheese, topped with crunchy French bread sprinkles. On the side, I have two pieces of watermelon.
For the past several months, when not eating my favorite meal, I've been searching for a wine that will pair with my exquisite tastes.
The Project Paso Sauvignon Blanc solved everything. When I saw that it paired well with all of my favorite foods, I knew that it would pair well with eating all of them at the same time.
Its citrus key lime and grapefruit flavors go perfectly with each taste of succulent goat cheese-coated salmon dripping in watermelon juice. I would even go so far as to say that the lemon and grass aromas heighten the already incredible moment when I get a green bean with a watermelon seed teetering on top.
I used to sit at the dinner table, enjoying these meals but feeling like something was missing, feeling like my evening was incomplete, but thanks to the Project Paso Sauvignon Blanc, I can drink and dine in perfect harmony.
