It's a weird adjective.

The word "unbridled" doesn't always work with every noun.

At first glance, a phrase like "unbridled Cabernet" might sound confusing. But it's a better choice than, say, "unbridled stomach flu."

"Unbridled" can be a great adjective. Unbridled passion, unbridled enthusiasm, unbridled love. These are all things we can enjoy.
