It's a weird adjective.
The word "unbridled" doesn't always work with every noun.
At first glance, a phrase like "unbridled Cabernet" might sound confusing. But it's a better choice than, say, "unbridled stomach flu."
"Unbridled" can be a great adjective. Unbridled passion, unbridled enthusiasm, unbridled love. These are all things we can enjoy. And an Emery Estate Sonoma Valley Unbridled Cabernet is definitely for enjoying. Deep flavors like sweet cherry, blackberry, and sassafras dance on the palate while coffee, plums, and anise tickle your nose.
All of which sounds way more fun than something like "unbridled diarrhea" or "unbridled aneurysms."
