The 2005 Jana Cathedral is well-structured, firm, full of violets and hints of mint. It was aged in French Oak and produced by the European-trained Scott Harvey. There’s a reason that the name “Jana Church” wasn’t elegant enough for the 2005 Jana Cathedral 2 Pack.

They say the old cathedrals are full of secrets. This well-aged 2005 Jana Cathedral has secrets of its own. If you’re ever to uncork them… well, it’s your decision, if you just want to walk away.

Being European trained, this vineyard allowed Scott Harvey to produce a Napa Valley Meritage style blend as a balanced, complete wine. The wine was aged for over two years in French Oak creating a flavorful wine with well rounded tannins.  It is well-structured, chewy, firm, violets and pyrazines, with hints of mint.
