Yeah, kinda seems like they tried to do to much and it take away from the main product. I also hate the comment box, but that could be a dolphin thing.

Although you gotta like the limited time $5 shipping on everything you order that day. And the Woot! Plus stuff is nice as well, with a couple of days to decide.

So I was lost without you all. Do we have another hang out if Woot shuts down? Luckily rjquillin has my email and saved me today or I would have been stuck without wine talk.

Haha, wine woot probably losing them a lot of money if they keep $5 too long, they were probably going to bump up to summer shipping prices soon too.

More options on front page are fine, I realize they're a business and don't mind them trying to sell me stuff. I have no idea why 1/4 of the page has to be woot tweets though, that's something I never want to see.

There's no left margin. That's annoying.

Me too. Had a problem with a refurb, so pretty much only go with new.

100 Woot black box has been that way since the last redesign.

Yeah,it actually looks better on my phone. That's just sad and wrong.

The netbook has a max resoultion of 1024x600 or something like that. Site isn't scalable for it, and that's a problem. I can't get to the logout or your account links on the netbook.

FYI, there's a Wellington Old Vines Port 2-Pack under the Wine.Woot! Plus section (along with other Wellingtons: Cab Franc, Whites, & 2007 Zin).

Yeah, I'm liking the nav bar at the top but the rest of the redesign kind of blows Tweets are beyond useless, and I wants my funny write-ups. And timestamps! Where are the timestamps?!

Glad the redesign wasn't launched with a wootoff...seeing how that would have been ugly!
Now...as someone has commented on the community about page layout, is the only place to check shipping states is to go to the actual winery website, or am I just super tired (OK, I am), and it's easier accessible? I liked it before with that on main page.

If you click on the image or over on the left (Read More link), it takes you to the main Wine page. Down at the bottom is the list of states.

They've also made it much harder to change addresses on the fly. When I order wine, I want it (normally) shipped to my work while non-wine gets sent directly home. Now I have to click through 2-5 pages to change it...before it was just all there. This seems to be the theme of the redesign - things that were previously all just "there" are now hidden and hard to find. That's the inverse of good UI design.

The forum for complaining about oh I mean discussing the redesign should be amusing to follow.

On the bright side, it looks like we can add more shipping addresses.

Although, I still clicked on Your Account, and there was an option for Shipping on the left. So that seemed pretty easy.

Logged in, has me there but when I try and check account, or stuff bought, it takes me to log in screen (no matter which site I'm on). Then tried to re-log in and tells me user name and /or password incorrect...multiple times. When Woot went live again it did that and the only way I could log on was to change my password. Such a simple thing...a bigger help button would be nice

PS. Third time a charm..reset password again, everything working now...may have to break out the duct tape

I hate the lack of a margin and that the text box is on the left. Can't see it when I thumb type

Did you already submit your own feedback that the forums don't display full usernames that are long? After all, you are now ThunderThi.

You might log out and close your browser. Then start everything back up.

By "no left margin" I'm talking about like every page. I think it has to do with the inscalability of the site and how on a screen with max resolution width of 1024 (netbook), everything is smushed in and there's just no margins anywhere.

TT, can I email you a few screen shots of how awful the site looks using Firefox on a netbook? Can you send me your email so I can send them to you, and then you can pass them on to the powers that be? It's really terrible.

Glad I'm reading ahead before I posted this exact same thing! Waaaay toooooo whiiiite! Hurts my eyes. Also, print is Waaaay toooooo small. Our screen names are also boring looking.

Oh, and there's a ton of space at the top of each box before the quoted box shows up or before any text shows up.
