mini-review: Tried it immediately after opening, and running it thru the vinturi. For me, it needs a lot of air to be ready to drink.

Skip to a couple of hours later and it is much, much better. Can't say anything about the nose because mine is stuffed up from a cold.. But it is tasting great.. Fruit is plum and black cherry, nice soft tannins, wonderful finish.. I expect it to be even better toward the end of its drinking window. Definitely recommended and I am in for another half case.

Is it tasting like a 15, 25, or 35 dollar bottle? I know peeps have opinions on this but I can pretty much assign a dolar value to a bottle of wine

1 hour to go and the 2009 RBW Cabernet could be gone forever! I appreciate the support from those who have already purchased today's offer. Please stay tuned for other offers from Elevage Wine Company in the near future.

Thank you,

Bill Davis

Third time straight I have purchsed this. In for a case this time. It is incredible! I now have a couple cases. It is my "go-to" wine when I can't decide what to open. Thanks for offering it again!
