Bowtie, why would you rather run your penis through a kitchenaid grinder attachment than shop with Best Buy?
Bowtie: Thanks for asking Phil, well there's a couple answers to that question. The first being I'm tired of paying daycare bills. The second being that Best Buy is so blindingly stupid (corporations are people dontcha know, so I can refer it as such), that I'm not sure how it continues to exist. Let's take this weeks ad for instance. Clearly listed in the ad is Cars2, Lion King, and Lady and the Tramp BluRays for 13.99. Which is a heckuva deal! Now, some people may notice that to the left of this is a thing that says two blurays for $35, find out how.
Well Phil, at this point my tard sensor started beeping and I thought, why would I pay $35 for two, when they're 13.99 each. So I click the ad and sure enough, I'm taken to a webpage where all three movies are 13.99. I add one to my cart and it says 29.99. I become confused and think, well maybe I have to add another. I do this and all that accomplishes is giving me 2 for $35 like the left said.
Phil, I gotta tell ya, at this point I'm a little confused and sad for their customer service people who have undoubtedly being dealing with this since Sunday. The Web Trolls have only had most of a week to fix this glaring oversight and haven't done it. So I call them and over the course of the next 40 MINUTES place the order that should have taken less than five. I truly felt bad for the poor girl, as apparently I was the first person to call on this discrepancy this week.
To their credit Phil, I did end up getting what I wanted, I just had to go through Hell and Back to get so. I gotta tell ya Phil. I'm terrified of looking back now in fear that I may turn into a pillar of salt.
Moral of the story Phil, never trust the left. And never expect anything from Best Buy to be easy or logical.

Needed a new valve cover gasket though (which cost an extra $125 or so) since they had gotten quite a bit corroded and they were kind of sitting in a puddle of oil. Or something like that. Don't really remember specifics.
I've tended to take things a bit longer than they probably should have. Tires at 65k miles, Transmission service at 80k miles, Timing Belt/Water pump at 89k miles, New Battery at 100k miles (6 yrs). I'm due for the next set of new tires again since my car just passed 120k miles. He told me I probably shouldn't wait until my next oil change (just had one last week), but I probably will. I don't see why the tires won't go another 4000 miles for me.
136k on the accord and no tune up yet. Probably should do that, but it's almost completely highway miles so I don't feel it needs it yet. Hell I JUST changed the front brakes a month ago for the first time and they didn't even need changed! I just did it cause I thought they had to need it, but they didn't.
I did do the timing belt at 100k like I was supposed to, wasnt' chancing that one.
Got tires around 90 and that's cause I managed to punch a screwdriver through one. Kinda hard to fix that

I almost never go there since I do some part time work for a competitor, but the price was right and when they have those deals my store often runs out of stock with the price match. I'm actually picking those movies up at BB then going to the other job. Kinda feel like I'm cheating ;)
Also, I have a new phone crush. I will be buying the new EVO 4G LTE when my contract is up and I can get new phones.
