At 15.8% I think it means the hot burn of alcohol.

Visited woodenhead a few times and they are at the top of my list in terms of quality zins and pinots. I love all their wines, tasting room service, and awesome views! Thir zins are exactly what i look for in dry creek zins: fruit, fullness, and a chewiness in the end without heat or bite. Nice to see these at a discount.
Edit: this is an RRV zin but my statement stands in terms of dry creek zins, i.e. Has that dry creek structure but without the heat. Besides, these AVAs are neighbors!

Having a zin wine tasting party in July. This will be the winner, hands down. BTW I won a tasting party yesterday with an 07 Neyers. Delicious!
