It's cold, there are rumors that winter may actually show up yet this year.... I hope so because if it waits until November we aren't going to have any water this summer at all.

Kids don't seem to notice it's cold, still have to tell them to put coats on. Keep the cafeteria at a minimum of 70, so it's too hot while I'm there.

I need boxing gloves to protect my hands while walking on the treadmill. I'm fine jogging, hands are up, but walking, I manage to smack them into the side bars. Ouch.

Good evening everyone. Was out all day - sunny and warm, but traffic is awful. Had dinner with a friend, drop car key fob when I was putting it back in purse. Can't lock doors or car when it is IN the car. So, full belly and tired body down on hands and knees with flashlight. Finally got it. Feel like a bagged a deer or some other hunter's prize.

I am working with an application that's business critical and currently running on a windows 3.11 machine. The install package is on 3 3.5 floppies. I'm making copies of the install disks and then trying to install and configure it to run on XP.

Never liked them as coasters, no absorbency. They worked much better as rubber band gun pigeons.

No I'm actually from here (I just hang out with agingdragqueen a lot because she's cool), and while I can handle snow, it's honestly everyone else I worry about. They don't know about salt! They can't drive and they try to. It's frightful, all these imports to the area. Plus I live around a lot of blind corners, it's honestly a wonder I don't get smacked at someone trying to tear about in places that shouldn't be torn about in.

Mostly I'm just concerned that I'll be iced in, or try to go outside, slip and fall and break things on the very steep steps that go into my building.

If you are going to slip and break things do it at work, it will teach Gatzby a lesson when he has to explain the spike in workers comp. insurance rates.

I live in Houston area. We don't know how to drive in the snow here. City shuts down if it's icy - and some Wakko will still try to drive up the ramp on a big overpass and slide down.
