Woot sent my tracking info, but it still only says "Initiated" with an anticipated ship date of the 18th and it says anticipated arrival date of the 25th. It said that for the past couple days.

Is that on the FedEx site? It seems to update slow for me. I have gotten packages delivered that still said initiated on the tracker.

A slightly sweet, fruit forward porch sippin' blend. A good "recession wine".

I'm a bit of a wine newb but thanks to wine.woot I learn a little more each time I read through one of these threads. Thanks!

So I guess they just shipped mine yesterday. Seems like some people already received their wine and mine just got shipped!

Just received my shipment and happily was given the four different kaleidoscope design labels. I'm chillin' now!

Got mine just now.. The labels are terrific! In the fridge they go for Easter sipping.

Another wine hitchhiker here, got mine yesterday.

The labels are very pretty, which though a bad reason to buy a wine really WAS why I ordered these. Put one in the freezer at work to chill for when I went home, and opened it immediately upon getting there.

I don't have wine glasses so poured it in a Chimay Ale beer glass with a similar shape. Don't know if it really makes a diff but it seemed the mist appropriate.

Sweet without being overly so, nice fruity flavor with a tad bitter aftertaste that got stronger on the second glass. By that time I'd started eating a cheese steak sandwich a bit on the salty side and the combo didn't work. I recorked the bottle and will try it again tonight.

Overall I liked it, just not with microwaved steak.

I’m still waiting for mine too. FedEx tracking hasn’t updated since the 22nd (it seems like it's stuck in Reno, NV). It still says that it is going to arrive on the 28th.

Still waiting for mine as well... I keep telling myself that patience is a virtue.

I feel the same way. I ordered it on the 8th and my credit card was billed the same day. I was never sent any receipt to my email. It wasn't shipped until the 21st. I still don't have the wine.

My delivery arrived in Virginia earlier today (all four bottle designs, if that's important) and I'm sipping right now. It's tasting much like the Triacipidis. Pleasantly aromatic, fruity, floral and yes, some honey notes, but a touch of minerality on the finish to keep it all in check. Excellent QPR. Wish I'd purchased a case.

It's just the thing for a hot August day...pity it won't last that long. An evening serving friends this easy sipper and my Kaleidoscope will be gone.

If something went wrong and a product was never shipped for some reason and the product was already paid for, woot customer service would need to be contacted. Their customer service can take a while to respond because they only respond via email. Woot staff would have to contact the people shipping the wine. The people shipping the wine would have to investigate what went wrong. Who knows how long this process would take? It just seems like it would be a major headache.

Can someone put this in woot’s suggestion box?

I understand that you're relatively new to wine.woot. So let me take this opportunity to put your fears to rest. The customer service for wine.woot is excellent.

Only twice have I had a problem with a shipment - one was a bottle of wine and the other was a food item. On both occasions, the wine.woot customer service rep responded promptly (same day or within 24 hours) and a replacement was dispatched without delay.

So I stand before you, with 4.5 years of wine.woot patronage, and tell you that you're worrying about nothing. Relax and enjoy the wine!
