Finally get to hang out in the pub again, after spending 3 days down in Jacksonville FL for work. Busy couple days, that didn't lend much time for wine.woot.
We did, however, go to PF Changs for lunch on Monday!
Then dinner last night was at Copeland's, a New Orleans seafood restaurant. DAYUM! That was good! I ate so much my coworkers almost had to roll me across the street back to the hotel.

I think the Woot monkey will strangle me if I leak my review early. I won't get the bottle until late tomorrow anyhow.

Copeland's is a chain (soemthing like 40 locations) and was founded by the owner of Popeye's Fried Chicken. You may want to see if there is one near to you, since you liked it so much.

I'm travelling this week with a super-busy schedule, and managed to miss the Gazzi offering.

Anybody in the NorCal/SF area who is looking to sell off a few bottles?

Thanks for the invite. I'm not too keen on heading down into orange county on a Friday night after work. So I will have to pass this time. Friday nights are a serious veg. night for me and I usually just try and stay home.

BTW, the last time I was at casa de Jeff we opened up the EHP you gave him quite awhile ago and enjoyed the s#!^ out of it. And then proceeded to get beaten by him in some trivia game he had for the PS3 5 times in a row.

I emailed Kyle too, in case. I have storage there, but would want to speak to him personally, and then tell my storage who to give the parcel to.

Anyone else, in case these don't come off?

I watched Storage Wars tonight. Interesting show. Buying defunct storage lockers and trying to turn a profit.

I'd always wondered about Rags to Riches Thrift store (NB). Now I wonder no more and will never set foot in it. The owner is a total jerk (he's on the show).

Yes. Whenever he gets probation on his regular wootname (which seems to be every other week), he posts under that.

IIRC, it's from Cat using the line from Finding Nemo with regards to Kyle. "I shall call him Squishy and he shall be mine and he shall be my Squishy. Come on, Squishy Come on, little Squishy. "

RPM has posted an extremely fascinating and interesting history of how wine tasting and production has evolved over the years, a great read for all, in the A Cat Died in My Mouth Thread. Required reading for any serious (or even moderately serious) oenophile indeed.

P.S. My impoverished synopsis doesn't do justice to the wealth of info in the post.
