WD, if you are out there, I really need someone to confirm for me if I order this tonight that it won't ship until next week. I can't order if this will arrive the end of this week since I won't be home.

These will ship out Tuesday and Wednesday of next week, so you will be able to enjoy them for Memorial Day, assuming that UPS does its part.

Oh well, in that case I can't order any since that would put them most likely arriving on Friday. And I'll be gone then, and not able to take delivery. I've been spending too much money lately anyway, so I guess it's all for the best, even though I really did want to try the Tartufo & Barolo.

For pork, there is a negligible organic supply, but we use it when we can. Makes for a smooth, non-greasy mouth-feel and robust, but pleasant flavor that you won't find in any other salami in the U.S.

just want you to know, I really enjoy salami but I only buy whole cuts of meat and am not down with a lot of processing. hearing this made me jump in. its hard to find sausage/salami like this... it sounds great and thanks for doing it the right way.

Whhaaa! I saw the bouncing, but wanted to check the comments before ordering. Saw that it would ship next week and I would get before Memorial Day and decided to order. Went to the main page and it was SOLD OUT.

You could always go to there web site Cremineli and get there May Special. Its a little different; 1 piece of Felino salami, 2 pieces of Tartufo salami with black truffle and 2 pieces of Sopressata salami for $10 more.

OK, WD, college softball is still on, as is MLB. Basketball is pregame, oh, game now just started, women's softball is on, some drag racing, rugby, soccer, track & field, golf, fishing, boxing, bellator fighting, other college ball, alt games, espn news, and assorted sports biographies.

Plenty of time for a clue, please!

Sorry for the delay, we are working with Crimenelli to get all the product out this coming week. So, should deliver by end of this week.

clue?

This one might sell out as soon as the Azul.

I ended up getting in an order 2 minutes before the sellout, and shipping it to my parents house since delivery to me this week wouldn't work. So all worked out.

Maybe a Woot Cellars white(blue?)... it's about that time of the year.

Maybe azul is referring to Roessler Blue Jay or Mumm Blue label?

Today is Wed. If they are going 2 day delivery and are supposed to be here before the 3 day weekend they should go out today. Did anyone receive a shipping notice?

Well that kinda ticks me off. I was hoping to have them here for the weekend. Hopefully this is only a delay, I know they have like 2 weeks to ship something before we can officially complain, but I thought for sure we would get these right away. That creminelli salesman totally hornswaggled me on the shipping bit ;). I just wanted to use hornswaggled in a sentence (too much RDR).

No hornswaggling going on. The last box went on the FedEx truck today. Everything is scheduled to arrive to you tomorrow and Friday.

as usual, if you use your order number and track by reference on fedex.com you should be able to find your order.

mine shows it was picked up yesterday in OREM, UT and is in SLC right now, and will be delivered to Long Island, NY tomorrow.

What a great tip...mine arrives tomorrow. Just looks like Woot is behind on the shipping notices...not that it's never happened before.

Got mine this morning as well. Opened the truffle salami, it was good good good! Just enough earthiness from the truffles, the salami was perfectly dry, no need for extra hanging as others had suggested.

quality posts: 45 Private Messages bkarlan

yum yum yum. Just received mine. The wife was leaving the house form lunch headed back to work. She asked to bring one with her. i told her she could have one of the ones with truffles since we have two, but she had to bring it back. She said she better not, since her office might eat it all. I am glad she didn't take it. The two with truffles were a bit squishy. One was hanging. I couldn't wait on the other. So I cut a very small piece off. It was wonderful. So good that I took the one hanging down and now all 4 are ready to go. This weekend should be a good time.

My wife is competing in a 5k race called "Will run for Wine" in New Mexico. After the race it is followed by the Wine Festival. We will be bringing some of the salamis with us.

Thanks Creminelli and Woot.

I never got a shipped notice either.. use your order number and go to fedex.com and track by reference number. The reference number is your order number. The ship date is 25 May. Enter your country and your zip code. It will work.

Thanks. I got it. No thanks to the FedEx guy, who left it on the doorstep without ringing the doorbell in 93 degree heat.
