Woot cellars? In for the max! And maybe gifting some people as well.

Well done MM...thought I had a chance at first sucka first once. Got my 2 woot cellar orders. The Humbugs made great holiday wine presents for co-workers (while still leaving plenty for me to drink on my own) so I except more of the same from these.

And the path to drunken poverty continues... Java's Stash at CT

  • Wine.woots: um, lost count.
  • Other woots: um, lost count too. I might have a problem.

For some early "professional" labbratage, I believe this is the one Gary V reviewed with WineDavid:

Got my case too, in for both! Exciting! Is this the one that was tasted by GV earlier this year? And I see $5 shipping! Is that just for this offer, a mistake, or something else? I got my first ketchup packets with the Benziger SB last Friday, and that hasn't been the case with the other summer offers I've received. Clearly the weather is cooling here in the Midwest, we're getting some football weather. Maybe some football wine! Anyways, the label is AWESOME, the price is right, and if indeed it is the one that GV tasted, then this is a pretty phenomenal wine for the price.

Not too many to count, but dang. This place has a way of building a cellar for you.

Really. I thought we decided this one was tomatolicious and strawberry in the background. The kinda thing that would marry your pasta sauce and have sweet italian/viking babies. Anyways, how could I not be in after that delicious sample bottle we were granted.

Given the strong Viking/Norweigen presence up here in the Ballard area of Seattle I believe I would be a good choice to Labrat this wine and describe it for my Viking neighbors!

2 questions

1) How do you pronounce the name of this wine?

2) Hows the Cellar life?

This wouldn't happen to be the same wine we got to sample at the Chicago WW tasting at Tango Sur is it?

If it is, then this would be a great value imo and I may just have to order multiple sets for the first time
