Same here -- my parents were both OR RN's as I grew up (Dad still is, Mom changed carriers and is now an Episcopalian minister). I see folks get queasy when someone talks about "gross" stuff while eating, but with all the stories I heard at the dinner table while growing up there is nothing that can be said to make me lose my appetite. Very little that you could show, either. Smell, on the other hand, may still be too much -- I was never actually inthe OR; stories and visuals can only prepare you for so much.

Technically you could definitely get there and back again on your lunch break. Straight shot down 12 mile, no turnarounds necessary (except to get back to work maybe, I forget if your building is on the split part of the road).

As long as it doesn't change the texture of the food, everything should be fine. It's when you start getting "extra bits" in each bite that you probably want to slow down just a little and step away from work for a bite to eat.

Edit: Hey, I think we've started approaching a new line. How interesting!

You may not live there, but he does. And since you are rebuffing HaK's advances at the moment, I assume your relationship is somewhat serious. And if it is serious, then you must be interested in maintaining this mystery-beau's attention. If he is in (or near) Wisconsin, one can only assume he is a cheesehead, and thus your best plan for appealing to him is an outfit such as the one to which I linked previously.

If you think about it though, it was less than a 50% increase in cost for 400% increase in speed! Yessir!

Well, if you tried to tell me going from 12.80 to 22.80 is less than a 50% increase, I'd tell you CompuServe needs to spend some of that extra revenue on better calculators.
