No judgment from me. If Rain's dad want to get it for her, that's great for her. I personally if I had a five million in the bank wouldn't for my child. They need to learn what money is and how to save it.

Then I guess she can afford it!

ok...then the family can afford the car. Not that it matters because SHE could afford the car on her own if she absolutely wanted it.

Cruzer, then she should she be an adult and take her money and purchase the car she wants. More power to her for standing on her own. She said in PWA she always takes from her father. Why, if she has her own money? This makes no sense.

You're right, her finances are none of our business but she posted about it. And as others have said on here before- don't post something you don't want discussed.
I'm just really confused if she has her own money why she would want to take money from her dad.

I'll put it like this: My sister and I are living together, we make separate salaries but we pay the bills. Whether it comes from her account or from my account it doesn't matter. It is all the same pot.

We have agreed to share that pile of money.

So she has her pot of money and they have their pot. Perhaps they have agreed to share that money. Now it doesn't matter where the money comes from as long as the bills get paid.

btw, I believe she works for her father, so where do you want her money to come from?

That's something I would never consider asking another person. I consider finances to be a very private matter. Yes she said she can afford it. Great. I don't need to discuss it. She said Dad might buy it for her. Great. I don't need to discuss it. That's her & her dad's business.

Of course I want to buy a fully loaded Alienware system, but that is not going to happen anytime soon. Especially since I am in college. You know food is important and all to live so I decided to buy food.

I'm sorry, but buying a new car just doesn't make sense unless you can't get it used. (like a hybrid)

You do know that when the battery goes on the hybrid, you can get one, you just don't get the financial benefit of it.

Some people like new cars!

You do know that when the battery goes on the hybrid, it cost a fortune. So you won't reap any of the financial rewards of the car!

*sigh* you don't have to replace the battery nowadays.

They clean out used cars to the point that they are just like new, besides, the newness wears off in a day or two, not worth the extra $1000s of dollars.

Off to eat.

sure it does.

1. you get the new car smell (mmmmmmm)
2. You never know how the previous owners treated the car.
3. The car will be shiny with a good coat of paint. (No Scratches)
4. You get the warranty as well.

BSG is a three-letter abbreviation that may refer to:

* Baraminology Study Group

I've never heard of that before, is that what you where refering to?
