Moscatto is pretty cheap and high QPR (if you like moscatto, i know a few people that can't stand it)

I love moscatto! It's a fun drink when you are out with occasional wine drinkers!

OK. How about Dessert Wind Winery

I'd say Adobe Road, but can't tie it to the graduate clue, and I'm sure we'd have received a racing clue at some point.

But, of course, the winemakers did graduate from "garage wine" to a commercial winery.

I feel that they are too small a winery to want to sell through woot.wine.

Well, I really don't know anything about California vineyards, but I've followed the clues to some extent and will venture a guess.

Mauritson Family Winery

Mauritson Wines

They seem to be of the size and type that w.w might work with, and the winemaker is Clay Mauritson. Don't know where the graduate part comes from and haven't taken time to look, but they do have/source grapes from the Dry Creek valley. Sounds like they make quality wines, and Clay played for the Oregon Ducks football team in a Rose bowl appearance.

I got clay from dried mud and didn't really deal with the parchment clue either... too much for me to work with tonight.

In the past, Woot has strong-armed a few local wineries to put some of their juice into a bottle with the Woot brand name of it (Rinfrescante, Monkey Prize, Polyphemus, Humbug!).

Epiphany Winery Spring Trio

Last wooter to woot: dakillawoot

X2!!!
I couldnt decide between 2 or 3, i hope this week is something killer so I dont regret not getting 3 of the Epiphany! I think Im going to make a rule where I just buy 3 of every one, every week so I dont have to question my willpower, or lack thereof.

I haven't gottena tracking number as of yet. I don't sweat it. If you don't see a tracking number by this time NEXT week, then you should contact Service. Any time there is a woot-off, there is a slooooow-ness in getting the tracking numbers from Woot HQ.

I received a tracking number 2 days ago (4/2 .. ordered on 3/30), but it's still listed as "Billing Information Received". This was my first wine.woot purchase. Do these normally take a little while to ship?

If you ordered thurs-Sun it may take a little longer as the initial wine brought to our (fulfillment) warehouse was less than what ended up getting sold. Fess Parker is on the central coast and it took a couple of days to get the replacement pallets in. Most if not all remaining orders went out today (if not Monday).

Thanks,

I don't know if this happened to anyone else, but UPS refused to deliver it until I corrected the address.

For some reason, the label had my building # + office # and the line with the street addressed reversed.

Highly annoying.. but I finally have it.

first order, still haven't received, had my "expected arrival date" changed twice now. Its now set to the 10th. It's been in the UPS shipping system since the 2nd. Is this normal?

Also, should I be worried about overheating/etc after such a long delivery?

Ordered 6 bottles, hate to have them & my first experience @ wine.woot ruined by UPS.

Depends. How long has it actually been on the truck? That is, when did it actually get picked up? The Origin Scan was when it was actually picked up from Woot.

lets see:

(Why they ship on a Friday late afternoon is beyond me)

so 6 days, roughly.
