About 2 weeks ago while I was using it, it sparked up and started giving a burnt smell. I immediately stopped using it and contacted woot through e-mail but I have yet to receive a reply back.

EDIT: Looks like i sent the mail to the wrong department (service@woot.com) I just sent one to rma@woot.com and I'll see how it goes.
