never like being the team against whom a streak is broken... like northwestern losing to duke yesterday, breaking a 19 game losing streak... at the same time this extends us to 4 straight home-opener losses... but congrats on your first 2-0 start...

10 wining picks so far, we will see what happens tonight. I could end up in a tie breaker for first. Looks like everyone else had as much trouble as me.

BTW yes I am still a patriots fan. The idiots don't need to cheat. They would still make the playoffs without doing the camera crap from the sidelines. Idiots for doing that. Anyhow kinda sad the seahawks are not doing well. Or are they? I haven't been able to keep up on these things to well.

Cowboys bring in Tank Johnson for physical
The Cowboys will bring in suspended and troubled defensive tackle Tank Johnson to Valley Ranch today for a physical, multiple sources said. With depth concerns at nose tackle, the Cowboys are contemplating signing Johnson, but it comes with a risk.
Johnson, 25, who spent his first three seasons with Chicago, is in the third week of his suspension. He spent two months in jail for violating probation on a gun charge. Chicago released Johnson on June 25, three days after he was pulled over by police in Gilbert, Ariz., for driving while impaired.

Any tackle with a name like Tank can't be all bad. Just lock him in his room at night to keep him out of trouble. That's what the wife does with me...

hey cruzer, my brother's telling me the University of Texas football team's had 6 players arrested since June... the most recent being a football player beating up some people a fellow teammate had robbed earlier (the beating was for ratting out the teammate)... the genius then called the jailed teammate to tell him he'd beat up the people who put him in the pokey...

Week three so far, any advice is welcome.

Two groups;

Ones I am happy with.

Pittsburgh
New England
Indianapolis
Tampa
Kansas City
Denver
San Diego
Seattle (sorry Tall)
Washington (which means they will lose)
Oakland
Carolina

On the bubble (haven’t decided).

Miami or New York (jets)
Philadelphia or Detroit
Arizona or Baltimore
Dallas or Chicago
Tennessee or New Orleans

I will update when I decide.

On the undecided list we are real close. Leaning to Baltimore. Dallas & Chicago is tough. Chicago at home, and Dallas can give up some points. Thanks for the feedback. I will look at Oakland & Washington again.

Yah think the Browns will win? It all depends if they bring their normal game (week one) or their "we have a new quarterback" game (week two). My guess is week one.

I'd go with Baltimore, too. And I think the Browns might be able to carry their momentum into this game as well. Beyond that, I think you boys have it covered.
