Ok, I get that it's versatile, but that doesn't help describe the taste/texture much. I've never had goat cheese. Is it soft like mozzarella? Is the taste mild like cream cheese or more tart like feta?

Just trying to get an idea...we love cheese at our house, and this sounded interesting for the upcoming holidays.

Not a great deal. They are about 3.50 here but it is made in town here so may be more expensive elsewhere.

I've never gotten mine. My first w.w. purchase was one year ago tomorrow, so I'd figured it would show up in October....Guess I'm out of luck. :'( That would actually have pushed me over the edge on a second purchase this month, too...(The Iron Horse sparklers; I did get the Boss Monster).
