Ok, I get that it's versatile, but that doesn't help describe the taste/texture much. I've never had goat cheese. Is it soft like mozzarella? Is the taste mild like cream cheese or more tart like feta?
Just trying to get an idea...we love cheese at our house, and this sounded interesting for the upcoming holidays.
Help before it sells out would be great, thanks.
