Is the trio coming back? hope so

I have had every CG cheese I can find. They're fantastic. I can get them locally but this is a very very good deal. I would've bought more but I can only eat about 3lbs of cheese a week and I already have 20 lbs in my fridge.

Hey --Bring back those Woot Cellar wine glass identifiers( Im not sure what they are really called). They clasp on the bottom. Perfect for Thanksgiving and one doesn't lose their glass!

once they are room tempature and opened can they be rechilled and stored for a later date? or once they are opened is it eat it all or it goes bad?

Shelf Life: 12 weeks

One point that's clear only if you take a look at the blown up picture: each cheese is 4 oz. You are getting 24 oz. total for each woot.

it has a 12 week shelf life, will that make it through new years. or more specifically is that 12 weeks from when i get it or 12 from packaging?
yes i understand new years is 8.5 weeks out, wow that is scary on it own.. 2010 in 8 weeks..

The previously offered Cypress Grove Purple Haze Chevre was delicious... too bad that isn't part of this deal. Although trying 5 new varieties from this quality cheesemaker is inticing...

For a simple dining options: my girlfriend recently made a picnic brunch out of fresh croissants with natural flavor chevre spread over each bite.

The chevre we had then, and the previous cypress grove chevre we sampled, was soft and creamy with a somewhat tart flavor... I expect these would be similar.

In for one. Love Cypress Grove cheese. Just wish there was a chunk of Humboldt Fog in the mix.

The total weight of cheese sold at that site is 1lb, 8oz. Unless I am mistaken, that is the same as the offer here at Woot. I am curious to know the difference in shipping, though; I'm sure Woot has the upper hand there.

I ordered! Are you near a Truluck's? Go there and order the goat cheese on the appetizer menu. SOOOOO good. It seems easy to make, and I plan on attempting it. Good luck

Hmm, I wish I liked Chevre more...but I'll buy it if it means it gets me closer to wine filled truffles (please please please wine.woot!)

You ain't kiddin'. It's a nice discount before shipping, but once you factor in shipping this one screams.

I can attest that each one of these is FANTASTIC. I went through a Goat Cheese binge when I was in College and there was always a plentiful supply in the grocery stores in Northern Cali, alas, I have not seen this Brand down here in Southern Cali. If it weren't for the strict budget right now, i'd be all over this! Tasty tasty cheese, mmmmm. Get some flavored triscut and you're good to go!

PS, my two fav's were definitely the Pepper and Herb. Horay for goat cheese stuffed chicken wrappen in bacon with home made mshed potatoes with a goat cheese folded in. Oh gosh...

I haven't eaten three lbs of cheese this YEAR! Course the ol'lactose intolerance might have more to do with that than dislike of cheese.
