Wellington Zinfandel Vertical Four - Pack

The Vert Pack

Ladies and gentlemen, please give a warm Wine.Woot welcome to the Chairman of the Cellar, in an exclusive three-day engagement direct from Wellington Cellars, it’s Old Red Eyes himself!

In two thousand and four
It was a very good year
For Sonoma Valley Zinfandel
With berries and brown sugar
If it’s aroma you’re looking for
You won’t get any more
Than the two thousand and four

In two thousand and five
It was a very good year
This very good year’s at an interesting stage
Both mature and youthful
With lots of aging potential
Sweet, tart, and ripe
That two thousand and five

In two thousand and six
It was a very good year
For light, elegant, food-friendly Zins
Flavored berry and plum-ish
And drying tannins on the finish
Drink it up quick
This two thousand and six

In two thousand and seven
It was a very good year
Perfect weather for growing Zinfandel
Not too wet, not too dry
It starts off simple and shy
In a few years it’ll be heaven
Be patient, two thousand and seven

Although those years are past
They’re all lined up here
Now you can try four vintages of wine
From fine oak kegs
From the brim to the dregs
All four you see here
In their way, all very good years

A four-pack of very good years
